The HR-Project Management Office (HR-PMO) supports projects through the full lifecycle of project delivery- from conceptualization through Closure.

This section provides a high level status on the key HR initiatives in the HR project pipeline that are managed by the HR-PMO.

Active Projects

This Active Projects dashboard provides the status of projects that have been submitted to the HR-PMO for inclusion in the HR Project Portfolio.

  • Projects are added to this list when they are submitted to the HR-PMO (via the Project Intake Form)
  • Projects are removed from this list when:
    • the project is complete or
    • the project is withdrawn by the Sponsoring Unit or
    • the project is discontinued by the HR-Project Leadership Team

Projects In Conceptualization

HR projects that are currently in the conceptualization phase are listed below. Project owners build a viable Business Case during conceptualization. Once the Business Case is approved by the management team of the Sponsoring Unit, the project is submitted to the HR-PMO for review and approval.

Note: Some projects may be submitted to the HR-PMO without an approved business case to accommodate tight schedules or short-term deadlines.

A project is removed from this list when: 

  1. the project is submitted to the HR-PMO (via the Project Intake Form) or 
  2. the project is withdrawn by the Sponsoring Unit or
  3. the project is discontinued by the HR Project Leadership Team.
